So how do we support someone with those depression symptoms. More so if they have been like that and they are not aware of any gifts? It's painful to watch someone struggle their entire llife

Nicky I have been shown different realms – I have been shown the darkness and Armageddon – which was wardened off by God source energy- we have to start at the beginning with Gratitude. I experienced a light realm where we experience eachother by walking through eachother – pure love- no wanting. I have experienced being pure essence, where nothing and everything exists.

Symptoms – exhaustion. When working and healing others, the energy around the base chakra is so calling for energy- its crazy. Pulsating energy that is drawn from Source. Big inbalance around base chakra and the reproduction organs.

I too am a full believer in the power of crystals ( love your gorgeous Amythest,simply stunning) I have always had gut issues,I was diagnosed with coeliac disease years ago as well as fibromyalgia and have been going through bad menopause issues.I am also highly sensitive to a lot of things applied to my skin and suffer with histamine types of food that I eat.I did suffer with severe depression but was able to get on top of that however I have a son that suffers with this and a drug addiction so this is where my crystals help me cope with the draining energy that surrounds me.Thank you Nicky for your wonderful words of wisdom and the heads up about the others,much appreciated as always.🙏♥️
I recently developed psoriasis….at 47 years old, no family history, nothing that could have brought it on, and it's bad, mostly on arms and legs. It's like I'm itching to get out of my skin.
I have been an empath my whole life and I have had someone tell me that I was a psychic empath, although I don’t know if that is true or not I do know I can sense what someone is gonna say before they say it.
Everything that you touched on on this episode is basically my life, cause I have been theough a lot and suffered from other people’s hands at a young age, my momma was an addict and my sister now is. I have had depression my whole life. And the last 5 years I have had chronic pain, been diagnosed with Sjogrens, they believe I have lupus but won’t diagnose me with it until more test are conclusive but they have also diagnosed me with mixed connective tissue disorder until they can diagnose me with lupus.

I have experienced so much connection with spirit at times where I feel connected to my family over in the spirit world, like you say and cannot connect with many on the earth . This can be quite lonely. So I have to remind myself they know no better and everyone is on their pathway no matter what they do know or don’t get as many do not believe in life after death and more . So we need to bring ourselves down a little to get grounded a little more to mix with people as I don’t come across many spiritual where I live in my area. Would be nice for that to come along in the future 😁

I have low thyroid, hormone issues and the menopause was a nightmare, panic attacks out of the blue, balance issues. I found I was very low in vits and mins and need to live an isolated life in the countryside doing creative things. NDT and hrt plus vits and mins help, educate yourselves and let Nikki educate you. ❤❤

Animals, livestock, same here, can't see it anymore (living in the middle of the country-side in the heart of agriculture and farming). Mother cows being seperated from their calves on day 1 as standard. Have gone from eating chicken and sardines every so often , to vegetarian to vegan in no time, only eating plant-based now. Working towards that light body 🙂 x

Oof…Nicky! Almost every single thing you listed is something I deal with! Horrible periods since they started probably due to endometriosis (I haven't had the exploratory surgery to find out for sure), polycystic ovaries, digestive issues, fibromyalgia (I also have the hypermobile type of Ehlers Danlos Syndrome & I think most people who have it are also Lightworkers – something to do with our energy needing more flexible physical bodies, lol), I have had depression (also lots of anxiety), etc. At least I know I'm not alone I guess, lol.
