  1. I'm sorry dude passed. But if any one of my family members were on that train, I would thank him for taking action!

Imagine your grandmother, wife, child, etc. threatened and scared by this man and no one took action, and they got hit, stabbed, shot, etc.

    F@ck that!

    Thank you for taking action.

This had nothing to do with their race!

It was a multi- race peeps holding him down.

  2. Jordan Neely belonged in either prison or a mental hospital. If you want justice for him, get in your DeLorean, go back in time and make sure he stays in behind bars in a padded room.

  3. Sorry but the Marine was right. Psychos have no place in public. He restrained him till he did not move. Strange that everything is just pushed aside because they have “mental issues”. Wow the guy that assaulted everyone on the train has issues and was dealt with. Get over it one less crazy person to feed.

  4. In case people aren't aware, the title is meaningless. A medical examiner just considers what the cause of death was, in this case it's pretty clear at the very least that it was primarily the result of actions by a person, ergo a homicide. It has no bearing on the legal concept of homicide
