Wouldn' the Rend from WW be better than the Charge shield rush?
I have a build question: I'm running lighter armor dps'er — Current level 17. My current weapon set is Sword / Shield (I liked it better than the Rapier) and Bow (I did try musket but really hated the reload time). I've divided my current amount of points into Str / Dex / Con, at about equal amounts. If I'm moving to be a quicker damage dealer should I shift my points from Str more into Dex or should I keep the point value as is? I don't plan on respec'ing until level 20, so I have some time to decide with the free respec.

I'm skeptical on going past 300 con. I think the extra 8 would be better off for you in str. Have you considered using life staff and swapping str into focus? Only problem is you need to use the nature gem in the sword, and then I'm not sure how easily you can hold aggro.
I'm running the reverse stab build where you get constant resets basicly. Find it hard to justify going full prot still. I like the idea but would like to be convinced why it's better then getting reverse stab for the insane cooldowns reductios

Tanking in New World sucks. It's basically Shield + whatever 2nd weapon, essentially no other way to tank. CC is useless on harder content. Bosses are immune to CC.
Sorely disappointed and had to find that out the hard way going through our 1st dungeon during the main quest, got stomped by the last boss. I ended up forced to level up sword and came back over leveled.
