  1. Server merges will be huge problems as far as I can tell. So far they did not manage to do anything right. Did not play since last wednesday, just can not bring myself to start up the game. And so far NO communication from them about it anywhere.

  2. ESO has had a PTR forever. They'll put up the big patch/dlc for testing for at least 2-3 months before it goes live. I don't get why AGS is just throwing everything onto live. It's like, did they not even at least throw it onto an internal server to test first? Kind of mind boggling.

  3. The end game cycle was… not considered correctly. My experience was; 0-7 /played days, get to level 60. During which I had the option to do elite areas (though I didn't really do them), craft, or do expeditions. I prefer to do expeditions because I like tactical organized combat, so I would do one roughly every 2 or 3 hours. Doing the math that seems about right, as I did each about a dozen times before progressing to the next.

After hitting level 60 I'm seeing everyone say 'don't do genesis or laz until gs 580+. Soooo… now, here I am, sitting at probably 18 or 19 /played, and I have not done either of the last 2 expeditions even once. What I enjoyed doing came to a complete dead stop.

So, since that 7th /played ay and hitting level 60 my day changed from doing some quests, doing some expeditions, doing a little crafting to effectively kill time by doing farming, which is completely depressing because I gain MAYBE one crafting level per hour, and MAYBE doing one of the elite farms due to the 24 hour lockout. Yeah I could do Outpost Rush, my server is busy enough that from about noon until who knows at night there's only a 5-10 min wait, but I tried it 4x and I really didn't like It. So really I have no interest in that. There are corrupted portals, sure, but everyone zergs them, so I get maybe 1 loot for every 4 portals, which is a complete waste of my time.

As the guest mention, it's now 100% expected on my server if someone is offering Gen or Laz it's 1.5 – 2k to join to buy your spot. I hear bosses drop a ton of gold there, but I RARELY even have 1k on me, let alone 2k. So for me, this won't ever be an option.

Honestly at this point I'm really wondering why I'm continuing. I'm forced to farm 24 hour cooldown chests, which isn't interesting because it's open content people zerg. And then even if my gs does get higher, I'll be expected to pay to get into the expeditions. OR grind to craft my own keys, which I've heard is capped at 1 Laz key and 3 Gen keys per week?

I don't know, the end game design really has me considering just setting it aside until something changes.

Really IMO they should drop keys entirely except for the rumored mutated versions. Then if they want to control the speed, just add something like a 2 hour lockout for the lower expeditions, and maybe 3 hours for Gen / Laz. Let people play how they want. Don't force them to do the other activities if they don't enjoy them. Not being respectful of my time is going to force me to leave FAR more than my having all best in slot gear and re-running content that doesn't have better gear for me.

  4. The patches are not the issue or the TP going down. its the lack of content once you reach 60. The rest is just noise.
Amazon has done an amazing job revamping game mechanics for the mmorpg genre and away from the tab targeting.
The problem seems a lack of enjoyable content. End game consists of mundane repetitive tasks/chores.
This is supposed to be a fun game.

Wars & OPR are the only things still fun, but depend too much on big numbers of players to be online in a seemingly dying game 1 month after release.
We need. Dungeons to be time locked instead of this stupid Orb system. They should not lock players out of the few little content they have designed and is in the game already.
Introduce skirmishes with fewer players. ranked 2v2/3v3/5v5 arena which will help get feedback on class balances.

Imagine how hard it is to get gamers attention in todays market. They were able to pull so many mmo players into their game for a few weeks and now can't seem to retain them. its sad because at the core, the game mechanics are superior to most mmos out there. This game should have been cooked in the oven a few more years but since its out, they better start adding some quality content soon while there's still hope.
