New World allows you to stack luck items and also gathering yield. When combined you will receive more resources. If you manage to push your gathering yield above 50% then items that drop once will drop twice instead. This is a very powerful way to profit in this game. Today’s New World video shows off gathering yield and luck in a timelapse. We take 25 minutes of gathering, speed up the footage, and go over what we were able to obtain with over 50% yield and stacked luck.
Hopefully luck gets fixed in future new world patches. I didn’t talk about it in the video, but currently luck on amulets is giving a negative effect. I’ve tested over 200 hours of luck gathering with and without the luck amulet and found concrete evidence that luck on amulets is detrimental.

How did you get more than 50% yield?
Tbh luck is fucked in this game ran chest routes wit a friend I have full luck gear he has absouletely no luck besides pvp flag he received 4 recipes I received 0 lol
didn't they fix the "too much luck" part in the current patch?
