NEW WORLD: Should they BUFF or NERF weapons??

Todays video I am discussing the idea that it is not Weapon Nerfs that Amazon Gaming Studios should be looking at but should in fact be doing the exact opposite and buffing weapons that are under performing instead. I believe that we have players who are very happy and excited about their weapons, while others who play weapons that are underperforming are less excited.

My opinion is that you should buff those underperforming weapons instead so that all of the players feel more excited about their weapon choices which will make the game better overall.

We also discuss adjustments that would need to be made to both PVP and PVE as well as talk about Power Creep, which is a real issue in the gaming industry and something the developers would have to keep an eye out on.

  1. Let me know below which weapons you think need a buff and possibly even what sort of buff. Damage, CC, etc? Also, thanks tremendously for taking the time to watch the video. It's greatly appreciated!

  2. Life staff is not strong. The problem lies in the heavy gear making everyone tank while shield gives zero defense. Do u understand? Everyone in the game with heavy gear has the same defense of the tank in game with a shield. No sense, a huge no flaw in game. This is the problem.

  3. Hey Alodar, nice vid. Generally i usually play bow in games that have selections like these but didn’t really find it fun since Alpha. Randomly tried fire staff one reset cause it dropped off the first mob I killed and I’ve been loving and using fire staff since. Think I’d play it regardless but I’d definitely take some buffs 🙂 also with the double hit thing, for firestaff this is possible when hitting moving targets… I’d rather them not take this out, instead make it a talent & build it into the game IMO – it’s fun
