New World PTR Best New Perks Guide. We have new weapon, armor / gear, crafting, gems, & updated skill perks. I’ll explain the best perks that our incoming greatly changing the meta. There are a few perks to keep an eye on named the plagued and trenchant series! Plagued will apply a healing reduction on the target you hit while the trenchant series will power up your heavy and light strikes with more damage and special abilities. The Aversion series will allow you to reduce more damage from ranged physical and magical attacks! The new crafting mods will allow you to get gathering speed locked in on crafting items as well! There are also some gem perk changes that make some of them good! I will dive into the new perks on the ptr and tell you which ones are worth and how I think they will shift the meta. Keep in mind these are my opinions and take them with a grain of salt!

I like new perk imho the best when low 50%hp Inc crit and desis
plag crits down to 8s plag strikes down to 4s (immune after application for short window) – would seem the easiest way to make this work in a usable window but not allow the situation where this is always active as it now appears to be

I like your content a lot and i am following it with a lot of attention but i still have to say that the more perks they add then harder will be to craft good items or even find them from dungeon drops. This game needs less RNG and not more.
