New World Patch 1.0.5 comes with a massive amount of fixes that the game needed. The Hatchet bug receives a fix and so do other perks that work similar, such as the great axe. Resilient is now finally working as intended and will no longer affect all damage. Gear Score is no longer capped at 589 (with 591 max drops), so we should actually be able to farm legendary loot. Outpost rush receives a variety of much needed fixes, too.

  6. I have postponed with this game for a while, its just a pain for me to play this game right now, – everything seems way too narrow and raw, after some time/several patches think will give it a chance again
    Thats my fav channel abt nw right now, thnx👍

  8. All Fire Staff attacks except for Flamethrower, still hit inconsistently. And incinerate pushes extremely inconsistently both overall, and from inconsistent ranges from you within it's AOE. Haven't tested IG since patch, so I'll take your word for now that the issue for them is actually fixed.

    On another note, Fire Pillar's First Strike seems to cause it to hit twice for the 134% damage. Which is clearly(or at least hopefully) not how it is supposed to work. Oh, and against bosses(not silver/gold elite's) it triggers no matter how much health is missing. This was as of the 2nd, before the patch. Haven't had a chance to see if the boss bit is still the same, but the rest is. This only happens with First Strike. Brash, which has a similar wording works as intended as far as I can tell.

    I have a feeling that getting someone with more influence to look into it might get it fixed sooner….maybe.
