Man I hope Pantheon starts the group fun off at fairly early levels. I can handle killing rats and spiders for a quick 5 levels but I really hope we end up in some sort of crushbone or blackburrow type dungeon quickly.

I have never been a crafter or collector in any mmo, playing new world has changed the whole game for me. IT's everywhere and not so tedious, I'm now enjoying it! Best addicting game I have played since DAOC. Can't wait to see what this game has in the future with updates
I started on a low pop server and never had more than a 5 min queue.

It's boring because the game loop is incomplete. Take a popular game like 'rust' and remove the item lost due to pvp; The game has no point anymore. Wow, you grind gear to go to a dungeon to get better gear; if they stopped adding more gear the game is pointless. New world started like Rust but now is more like Wow. Problem is it doesn't have the itemization of Wow. So you'll get bored once you craft the best gear. Oh, they'll add better dungeons? Well what's the point of crafting then?

All I remember from the New World beta beyond the gathering was:
1 house. 1 zombie. 1 supply box. 1 quest item.
Lather, rinse, repeat.
For the 10 hours I played, 18 levels, that was… it. Oh and the occasional <prefix> Wolf, I guess.
