I'm not wholely convinced on your strategy here. But it could have some utility. In the main the things you mention are good sellers. Using buy orders might net you some though I've not had much luck with it myself. The stuff you mention just sells well anyway for folk.
The bit at the end about moving stuff around is more pertinent though. I've found areas lacking in some gathered goods that are more common elsewhere, getting them moved isnt hard and turns a profit much quicker.

When you sell things on the market, does the coin go automatically into your pocket? or do you have to claim the gold somewhere like a mailbox? like world of warcraft?
It's much like Eve. Good video though, and this may just be me, I tend to avoid a new game's economy for the first month…or two….or three.
