TLDR
Kill high level monsters and elites, open elite chests, to increase your drops for each gear slot, wear luck gear to increase the color or rarity of those drops, try to make a 5 man group and have two 5 man groups for big elite zones and avoid individual or other parties!

Does the gear score of the luck items effect my gear score cap? Like is it okay if I wear lower gear scored luck items ?

Just need to loot the armors/weapons right? no need to equip it?
From what I have seen on other youtube breakdowns for "watermark", each item has its OWN watermark so with your 571 helm it only increases the higher GS drop rate for helm only.

Do you meet to equip the gear to increase your watermark or just have it in your inventory or do you need to be the one who finds it? If I find a dope head piece can I just trade it with my friends to get their watermark up?
You don't have to keep the gear at all? I know that you don't have to equip the highest you have, but can I scrap my watermarked stuff so I'm not carrying around one of every item type lol

So the azoth staffs from previous quests wasn't just me… that sucks they are just annoying in the inventory

So I have a question. Wouldn’t luck effect gear score due to purple and legendary bop world drops? I have got a lvl 51 bop neck at lvl 38 and it had a lvl 51 gear score.
do you need to have them activelly in your inventorry for the watermark? or can you salvage them once they are bind to you?
Did not know that luck only effects the number of mods on an item and not the chance that a mob/chest will drop an item.
