Hey all, I wanted to clarify something that I misspoke about it in the Q&A. For many T5 named items, there is no need to upgrade them with umbral shards before the expansion. Any named items that we have updated to drop at GS625 post-expansion, will actually auto-upgrade to GS625 in your inventory. Note not all T5 named items will be updated to GS625 post-expansion, but most of the recent named T5s will.
so deletle First Light from achivements, I want 100% completed … ALSO FIX NOTES alraedy some are missing for 2years now.

Please finally fix the Character slots ! Players who had back EU PTR accounts on the brimstone update cant transfer theire characters to the EU Servers ! those accounts take all slots ! Chracter is stuck on NA and cant transfer my account back to the EU, because it says that all slots are taken. Many people have the problem please solve that !
Huge mistake locking a remade zone and mounts behind a paywall. Makes your game look as bad as Destiny 2, for removing content people already paid for; and as bad a the worst chinese mmo's for the pay2win mounts. Every single one of your customers knows this is a money scam: FOMO -pay2win Paywall – proffit.

Why does everyone say P2W in regards to paying for an expansion. This is how literally every MMO has done expansions. Your old stuff that you saved isn’t relevant, and you need to get new stuff at higher level. And I love that part of it, I get to purge all my old storage, and start with new things. Stop whining about paying for an expansion.
I'll pay even $60 for an expansion as long as you keep pay to win out and the content in, I'll even pay a sub that isnt the battle pass, just make content (and a pvp zone)

I’m actually pretty frustrated with this expansion if you really want to know. I have over 3000 hours in the game and all that work is going to be worthless after the expansion. All the gear I made and bought to fine tune my character in pve snd pvp is gone. You need to make it easier to get night glyphs also please. Farming them is nearly impossible when no one wants to go kill the stupid scorpion at night.
Returning player here – I am about as excited for the current state of the game, with the new expansion, as I was at launch! Thanks for working hard to continually improve the game and having kept all updates free up until this time … this is unheard of in the MMO genre. $30 for an expansion is a great price. Looking forward to prepping and playing the zone!
Great update can’t wait to play the expansion! Just some random thoughts but I would suggest to remove the achievements related to first light since the zone is being replaced (steam achievement included) and they won’t be achievable anymore.
What about servers? I feel it's like main issue, ppl don't want to return because their servers are dead…
You know why ppl usually play pvp? At least most of them, because they are competitive! What competitive ppl need? Rating! If u add some cross-server arena with ladder you will see the miracle!
@playnewworld Please, allow us to nickname our storage locations. It'll be easier to locate the stuff I'm looking for. For example, Mats, Gear, Raw Materials, etc.

Someone explain what he said at the 11 min mark.. i blew 30000 umbrals to upgrade my purple 590s to 600 legendary, but hes saying two different things: upgrade them if you got them, otherwise we upgrade them for you.. he means the gearscore and not the actual quality of the item right?

Sad to see the game go to pay to win and leaves out a lot of people that want a PVP especially in the big wars and out in the world PVP.
@playnewworld with the update, will the items from patterns from the forthcoming nightveil event be upgradeable to 700 or stuck at 675, and what about older event patterns??

i hope you guys fix a problem i heard about on the PTR which mounts dont work at lvl 65 and my suggestion is that having requirements to be able to complete the mount quest shouldnt be there and the fact that lvl 25 is suspose to be the lvl that you get the mount but on the PTR it said you need the artifact questline which should not be related.. this needs to be fixed so new players dont get confused and frustrated. you shouldn't go by retail wows pathfinder flying mount style quest line cause average players like me don't understand it and try to do that but end up at a loss so i just never tried again and it is needed to play the game right so i speak for new and average players.
This guys are clown. Not the ones in the video, but AGS as a whole. Selling mounts as DLC? So whoever can't buy it will have to walk on food while everyone else is faster? A feature that was supposed to be in the game day 1 and now they're selling it?

There is more to learn.
1) When are we going to get DLSS game support? Many people with rtx old video cards will be back in that case
2) can you fix character moving physics? It is too slow and so uncomfortable
3) is it possible to add 1-2 more skills for each weapon instead of only 3?
4) will we able to use mounts everywhere?
5) please do something about storage, very uncomfortable
