  1. I'm done with the game. It takes 5+ hours to find a group for just one run in mutations on my server so you can shove the season and you 5$ slot up your…

  2. Looking forward to the update! I appreciate all the hard work you all put into creating a quality game experience and being willing to take a step back when you find an issue. Anyone who's played MMOs for a while knows this happens. Having suffered through games that didn't have devs willing to put a hold on something with bugs, this is a refreshing difference in New World. Keep up the great work!

  3. You guys are doing great work. Putting the message before this video was the correct response. It's nice to see you care enough to do that. Any communication is better than no communication so you guys are doing better than plenty of other games already. Keep up the good work guys.

  4. It just shows how off base and don’t listen/understand the community. I don’t think the community really is upset with the delay of the update. We understand that you want it to be right. How you guys really messed up and screwed people was the extending of the leaderboards. I personally grinded the shit out of arenas all season to get a top 10, only for YOU to pull the rug out on me and say “just kidding you have to grind another few days” so I keep doing something I have done so much that I grew to hate. Then YOU say just kidding it’s extended a few more days. You lost me forever and I’m a 2000+ hour/beta player. Your communication with us was laughable at best. Please understand that work in this space/industry and if I dropped the ball as bad as you I would be fired. All we ask for is open and frequent communication and you didn’t. I will never play anything by this developer again.

  5. really aprecciate your transperency. it makes me feel so much better as player to be heared. next time you'll encounter a delay on content updates, just give yourself time to work it out properly. a working update is so much better than a update in time, which might be broken. E.G.: Hey 🙂 we encountered a problem with the update, which we are not satisfieed with. Give us another week to deal with it. etc
otherwise, really looking forward for the update 🙂

  7. So basically when u got to all 10 gear storages for 35$ u cant even fit in 1/2 of your diffrent gears sets you have cause we need a minimum of 1-2 slots for each expedition , without mentioning luck gear, pvp gear , farm gear …. nice

  8. Charging for item set slots is not ok. This is QOL problem that you created. Was thinking about coming back after item set slots were added but not if I have to pay for it.

  9. I started playing a few days ago. I'm so happy there's a transparency thing going on here, it's more important than you'd think! I love the experience so far, and I can't wait for future updates.

  10. New World lvl 1-59 is one of the best MMO experiences I have ever had. I think its a great game and the team should know how good it is. For me after hitting 60 it feels like I "beat the game" and the endgame just doesn't interest me. I wish the team would slow things back down and make the climb to 60 much longer but focus on making it even more fun.

  11. I appreciate the apology, but I have some reservations and why I am changing my positive review of New World to negative, on Steam. You guys already have the worst system when it comes to doing PvE with these idiotic ward and bane setup. Further, if someone plays more than one role in dungeons, they have triple the concern at this point, since the Leaderboards have made PvE more toxic, when it was more welcoming before. Created a problem instead of making it better and more enjoyable. Anyways, I digress. So because of the new gearset issue, NOW we have MORE gear to manage around, but we only have 9 gearset slots we can use. 2 for free, 1 given during the season, and the other 6 we can purchase for $5 each. But then you have crafting and gathering gear to consider as well. You only have 9 gearset slots, when you have close to 30 to worry about. But making you pay for the gearset slots, after they literally just created a HUMAN WARD/BANE gear, is very scummy at best. They made another set to consider when doing PvE. Basically fiduciary herding. I know companies want to make money. I get it. But for a good product that makes something better. Not creating a problem and then have people pay for the problem they purposely created. This game deserves more negative reviews than it already has after this season pass. My main question is WHY IS THERE A HUMAN WARD/BANE gear set to begin with? And why does it not work on other players? I take it players are not human anymore?

  12. So we get 2 free gear sets yet there's a set needed for every activity in the game?

    General World
    Angry Earth
    Corruption
    Lost
    Beast
    Ancient
    Varangian
    War
    PvP Arena
    PvP Dueling
And every single trade skill in the game.

There's absolutely no way you guys are going to pretend like charging makes any sense. There are numerous different activities in the game and we're limited to 10 max. Please stop with the half baked features.

  13. Scott and team – please don't take all the feedback in the NW Forums for the over-all mindset of this game. NW is the all-around greatest MMORPG ever invented. Have there been challenges? Yes. Many of us appreciate everything your doing for us and the game continues to get better!

You Still Blocking us from the game Servers because YOU DON'T WANT TO GIVE ACCESS TO YOUR SERVERS WITHOUT SOME VOIP PORTS

I am playing so many Online Games, But After I purchase yours on Steam I found that I cannot play it!! you don't want to give some flexibility on your servers, I now can't play the game or even refund it, Thanks Amazon Trash Company for scamming us and stealing my money

  16. Hey guys . If you would announce things like this when the decision to delay is made it would feed the trolls and haters much less. I really like New World and enjoy what you have made but you guys are your own worst enemies with lack of communication. Scott, guys hang in there . We figured there was a good reason I can't wait for the trophy upgrade. I realize that it must be a few months .

  17. If you want to charge for cosmetics or other things that don't affect QOL or game play that's fine, but you have a very broken system that makes playing the game very hard. Not only that but you've introduced changes that makes managing gear even more difficult. Instead of fixing it like normal people you've decided to turn our pain into your profit. It's disgusting and just shows how sociopathic the big game developers have become, to gain pleasure from other people's pain.
