COMMUNITY QUESTION: What Community events would you like us to organize in 2023?
I would love to get a naked race, from brimstone sands to first light, no armor or weapons allowed, with music on checkpoints

Love the intro and just being humans and real people. That really connects with people to show some humanity, keep it up!
Hide and seek, because the map is enormous and I can think of several decent hiding spots off the top of my head 😂
Small Raids with good Gear to get
I'd love to see a few things:
1. New category/type of enemies
2. Mounts.
3. Actions happening in the open world as you travel in your mount, and affecting positively/negatively your territory standing depending on what you do.
4. New animals with fresh new animations.
5. Mutated expeditions reduced in numbers (1-10 is too much) with the option to see the build of the people requesting to join (not just the number)
6. PvE: The chance of choosing a reward from a named boss loot pool, that after X amount of tries, drops the chosen reward if it didn't previously.
7. Make the game not too goddam grindy (related to number 6). We need to have a build for each category of enemies, and it's so frustrating to be farming a boss for hours for it not to drop what you wanted. Make the game more enjoyable please.
8. Last but not least, make climbing more consistent
Unban people unfairly banned by mass reports from rival companies. Ban the bots.

Very excited at the idea of having constant events. One thing I’ve always enjoyed about the Gacha games I’ve played is they pretty much never stop having an event of some form. Even if not exciting or with some amazing rewards or anything, it is just nice to have a new thing to slip into the daily grind in the game in between the particularly big events.
As for what event I would like, I only started playing New World recently and a fishing event sounds great as I really enjoy fishing in New World.
Hide and seek and treasure hunt can use some items that has some abilities with limited charges that can be cold or hot. A item that can erase regions in the map where the treasure is not located and this kind of things, add some clues or puzzles in the process and voilà.
Other options is a NPC that is obssessed with charades and you may give him the item that he is talking about based in a charade and if you are wrong the item will be destroyed and if you are correct you earn something. The charade should be good, random and based on lore, bosses and universe of NW.
for the love of god please host a company vs company tournament, 3v3 tournament in each server or maybe any PvP tournament in each region would be nice
Play with devs in game with rewards and spawn in boss or raid even with them
PLS give us the opportunity to change hairstyle, facial tattoos and more IN GAME!!! I regret of some of those things and I REALLY wish we could change it in game like other MMO's. It's a basic feature that New World should have already!!!!!

Would love to see a new event every month that has a daily login reward to incentivize more people logging on. It should not be claimable right away though and should either require someone to be logged in for at least 30 minutes-hour or complete a task. The rewards should all be BOP so bots can’t take advantage and sell the rewards.

Wait what dodge ball tournament? Also what is up with the devs obsession about fishing? It started to sound quite unhealthy and I'm a bit concerned.
Seriously no one cares about fishing besides some casual players and bots.
While a puzzle/exploration event would be fun. I feel like it would have to be done in a way that streamers/content creators can’t share all the answers or you’ll just have a month long event that will really only give a couple days worth of fun, if that for people who aren’t o. Durning the start

Forums are a joke. Majority of posts are crying out for PvP changes and content, yet we don't even get the copy paste response that the feedback has been passed on.
On god Luxendra is the mvp on replying each time on forums either a bug or question most of the time, Real mvp <3 thank you @Luxendra
I would like to see an open world pvp where a high level is just straight pvp for a few hours with objectives and goals while fighting against rival factions and to lock and hold an area or construction of a base. You acquire points to spend on new faction gear temporary buff sigils or pots.

Music Battle
I loved the PTR events where Lux and Delacron spawned ridiculous giant mobs, like bunnies and pigs. I'd love to see something like this introduced occasionally on live servers although I realize the scale of hundreds of servers isn't the same as one.
I want my female char have a true female body… today there is no difference…female have the same ugly body fo males
I like the past events of winter/summer etc medleys But maybe less of a token grind for the every day casual who cant spend that much time. Maybe a small quest line that will unlock physical items as rewards ( instead of buying them from tokens ) and they are only from that years event, i.E Runescape events of old were always great, Halloween masks/ Santa hats new emotes etc etc.
Thouse are DEV of the 50euros game that I pay?

Great video and welcome Amber! So I'd love to see some 3v3 or 1v1 tournaments that were cross server. I think that would be so cool!
Something silly like who can chop down the most trees in a certain amount of time or racing to a point without using a weapon or dodge.
A true open world all out faction war event. Think "Great Cleave" on steroids with PvP rewards for duration of event.
I would like to see a less generic, "more inviting community space" in one of the towns. Like a harvest festival stage for a band or improvements to one of the pubs, or an incentive for players to come chill and use the pubs. I remember in Anarchy online there were much larger "dance clubs" that people used for RP events. As of right now because people are so focused on PvP only you have your work cut out for you. I suggest trying to use an incentive to get people to put down their swords and enjoy some immersion.
Here is a real idea:
Thursday night Pub night!
You come into one of the pubs and it has a mini-game like cards, chess, or bowling, and you can buy drinks at the bar that get your character typsy / drunk. There is a larger hearth and a stage inside the pub for people to play music and plan their next open world pvp gathering.
How about an anniversary event every year.

And let's go with more useless content, more Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V, not to mention the BOTs destroying games, but it was to be expected, the lack of creativity and inexperience of these Devs is absurd! Unfortunately, I really love the Game and who knows in another 5 years (or so) it will get better! Unfortunate!
I want a horse, or a mule to carry more stuff. Something to move fast or and carry more weigth.
I want more weapons starting for a katana, knives, dual weapons, maybe shield and spear to look like a spartan too, morningstars, maze, crossbows, and more.
