While there are dozens of farming routes to take, this is the route I have been using recently and it has been giving me a very good amount of Reagents. The 2 Buccaneer camps I only found during recording and they are a nice addition to the route. Chests should respawn within about 60 minutes. I sell the ones I don't use and use the rest to upgrade my resources to level up my crafting skills.

Luck on clothing can increase the chance but not the amount, the luck modifier "luck from enemies and chests"

It's odd, I'm level 50+ and don't recall get so much in lower levels, I usually do a similar route in Windward and by far I can't get that amount of sandflux, you get 20-30 of some resources in a crate, I use to get 5-7, and sometimes a little more than ten, I wonder if you have some equipment in you that increase those quantities.
