Now housing is a powerful thing in new world with the teleports and buffs you can get from them so make sure to understand all the benefits that come with purchasing a house. I'm getting mixed info… most of the guides out there talk about a territory standing of 20 for the 20k house, you're like the only person saying it's 30
Mostly need for storage
First house is the level 10 town perk.
And when you hit your 9th town perk, dont look at it yet. Wait till you get your 10th, then take housing, and you will get an extra shot at town storage perk.

Can you buy a house for your clan and share it with you friends? If so, can everyone see everyone else's stuff that is in the storage?
Do you think it's worth it to get a T4 house first or will the taxes eat my money? If the company sets property tax to 20% I'd have to pay 4000 a week. Is that a lot of money in new world?

So if I get House A (Tier One) in Town/Region Whatever; does someone else also have access to that same house? Are they instanced once you buy them? Like Elder Scrolls Online.. Or …are they as difficult to get as houses in FFXiV? Or you can only get a house on an empty lot like Archeage? How does the housing actually work? Can't seem to find out.
ya taxes are 5% min and 15% max if a crap company owns the town.
So ill only be playing solo and on and off with a very small group of friends – is there any point me having a house and can i afford it ??
Are the taxes going to be stacked? Like when i cannot play for 30 days and log in again, will there be 4 weeks of taxes on the house to pay?

If you default on your taxes, when you return to your house on foot, do you just have to pay that week's tax or the back-taxes from each week you've missed?
