I’ve said civil war or a faction majority vote to remove a guild and place a new one in. Since wars right now is busted with bugs and exploits, it’s better to do a vote system
As a company leader of 300+ please GOD do NOT add a Civil War feature. It’s already a nightmare to play server politics when your faction can’t steal it from you just to be a dick. You may find that it happens more the other way around than you wanted – that huge douche companies steal territories away from good settlement managers and start taxing the shit out of everyone. I fully support swapping factions more than 120 days. But the Civil War thing would be a huge nightmare.

The simple solution is form a temporary alliance with someone from yellow or purple. Work out a deal. Then after they take it, go back in and take it back. Its not hard to do we do it on our server all the time.
