GTX 1080 BRICKED
I’m pretty sure everyone knows about New World by now and I’m also sure everyone knows about its history of bricking 3080 and 3090 GPU graphics cards specially from EVGA and Gigabyte.
Well, recently, I saw a reply in Twitter saying something about New World bricking a 1080 GPU graphics card.
According to the reply or tweet and I quote, “Wow mine actually bricked last night from playing new world . Was fine on low setting until I noticed it somehow changed to high settings and then I updated my gtx 1080 drivers and now my GPU is shot”.

I use RTX 3080, and my gpu also gets upto 90 degree celcius and above as I play New World, therefore I stopped playing New World T.T
My system has definitely been acting funky since playing this game. I have a GTX1080 as well.
Mine just died right now. Gainward gtx 1080 gs. Played since launch and now its gone. Put it in another pc and it doesnt even display the post. Fucking Amazone Games man!!!
