All decay tree stacking healing perks.
Gear needs to have sacred, lights embrace perk, beacon perk, with blessed on life staff.
Two other gear perk slots for something that will add healing to the void gauntlet.
Prefer a life staff with life steal and blessed for max self heal.
Lights embrace, beacon, sacred ground, heavy attack to stack healing buff, doge roll and add more healing, focus on keeping yourself up with air at only6k health ada glass healerz use void gauntlet with amber gem to scale 60% off focus leaving 40% to scale off int.
Use void gauntlet to heal and produce damage, bur health for mana Regen when sacred ground and begin are active. The sacred perk and the beacon perk will stack 50% increased healing to self and proc off good gauntlet heals while using teacher.
Light armor, LEARN TO DOGE stop wearing that heavy armor crap.
As a light armor healer with this build I melt other healers and out heal them in EVERY WAR and OPR.
Bed gear is god roll Genesis or laz replica light armor, you can sub with a medium chest of any other with good perks or craft a chest as well.
Genesis life staff with blessed.

How do you know something is best that is on PTR?
As a healer, you lost me when you said to use your heals in any order you want. That's not how life staff works.
Man do i wish they would add things to counter heals other than one infected throw hatchet has. i dont think heals are OP but they need a counter is all. they seem OP cuz you cant counter heals currently

doesn't it already scale with focus as a secondary stat? in which case u would go with 50/50 int and focus and not be a main healer but more off a buffer and de buffer and get orb of protection , even if it isn't the case, it should be.
