I wish I knew from the start: Just how damn buggy and broken this game is.
My campsite automatically upgraded to level 5 about a week after I hit 60. No campsite quests done as I ignored all cutlass keys, monarchs bluff, and restless shore quests. I did one quest from EF that took me to monarch's bluff, but that was related to the starstone tuning orb quest.
