Regarding perforate: it stacks up to 30% with Rupturing Strikes. And that's also the cap for the debuff, meaning that other rend debuffs won't add up beyond 30%. Must have for pve! It's strong in pvp but most people dodge/stun you before you land all 3 jabs.
