At first I thought it was my PC but it actually because of the unstable of this game LMAO
there's no way they release this. Forget about gp. This shit would be way too broken on ADCs that are already strong as fuck. If they want IE to be used more, they should nerf the other crit mythics. Or make IE, rageblade and navory legendaries again. Phreak needs to retire. This is dumb.

I did a test on practice tool and it looks like Navori does more damages when you have 100% crit only , and IE does more damages if you have 80% crit or less , so as Solarbacca said , if you are against squichy team comps , yes go IE , but I think in like giga late game you can swap IE for navori when you have nothing left to build (which happens pretty often with gp's huge gold generation so i think it's important to precise it)

Navori's bonus ability damage applies to Passive true dmg btw. I noticed that because my Passive ability tooltip says 800 true dmg, but when I use it on an enemy champ, it ends up dealing 950.
