  1. Who am I kidding, I'm here with or without Cris angel trash talk!

What, if any change do you think these couple new properties coming to the strip will do to effect the atmosphere/vibe in general? What does the strip need?

  2. Re Fertita project. As that new Crystals-adjacent mall is built, the construction noise makes south-facing Cosmopolitan rooms much less desirable. Now, one project will end, next noisy project starts. Losing views. Everyone just waiting for MGM to ruin Cosmo. The hits keep coming…

  3. Baffles me that tourists continue to flock to Vegas as conditions continue to deteriorate. I guess every year there are fewer and fewer people alive who remember how well the consumer was treated in "old Vegas". Every time I get the $5.99 breakfast special at AZC, it reminds me just a little of how things used to be.

  4. We loved Bally's. Very inexpensive for a great strip location. Clean remodeled big rooms. theres enough around it that we didn't worry that it didn't have a great theme. Attached to Paris and really close to Miracle Mile.

  5. Judging by hotel prices there are a lot of major events in town. As far as Uber the cab rates aren't much more now that they are set and I can be heading to my hotel in a cab before I even walk to rideshare, worth an extra $5 to me

  6. The new Fertita hotel & casino rendering looks boring. This is an opportunity for him to stand out and build something unique since he's getting a prime spot in the center of the strip. Despite the lot size, advancement in building technology and trending architectural designs should have been the main driver in coming up with a resort worth talking about for years to come. He's definitely no Wynn when it comes to being a visionary.

  8. Really enjoy your videos. I think the Cosmo Clone hits the skids and does not see the light of day. The economy is crashing, and we're headed for a big economic downturn. Really hope I'm wrong, but all the indicators are there spelling doom. Love the M & M store!

  9. When it comes to the new arena projects actually being built in Vegas, I hope that at least one of them gets built because one of the conditions of getting the Sonics back here where I live in Seattle is that Vegas is also added to the NBA. In order to do that according to the NBA, a new arena has to be built in Vegas because the NBA does not want the new team to share revenue with the Golden Knights at T Mobile Arena. I should point out that Seattle already has an NBA ready venue in Climate Pledge Arena which is the home of the Kraken.

  10. The arena has no chance. Ballys vs Horseshoe?? Does a name matter ??? Could you do a video every once in awhile showing table minimums around the strip ???? Also helps us see how busy each hotel and or area of the strip is

  11. I stay at NYNY about 5 weekends a year and don't see the need for renovation of the rooms. I'm perfectly content with how they are now, although I'm not a suite occupant and I don't spend much time in the room, anyway. There again next month and will see if they've done any changes yet to the Century tower rooms.

  12. Vegas status as a global sports city will be cemented with Lebron founding an NBA team there and the Oakland A’s becoming the Vegas A’s with an on-Strip stadium. MLS will come knocking very soon as well.

  13. M & M Store has many different flavors like coconut and coffee. Semi-Pro Tip: Bank Of America ATM on the 4th floor if you bank with them and want to avoid offbrand ATM fees!
Jack Binion's Steakhouse opened in June and there are a couple of reviews from SayHiToMatthew and All You Can Vegas on YouTube.
