Is a 2011 all that hard to build?isn't it just an expensive mag upgrade?

These are hit or miss. One of my friends locks back past the notch and hangs up on something. Salesperson at store was firing at half cock. I had 3 failures to battery, with a slight re-racking on the last 20 out of 100 rds. I pre cleaned and oiled before firing. It seems the recoil spring is strong and the main spring is weak.
Other than the optic looking good how do you like it? Co witness well?
Can you swap the magazine release to the other side on this model? Or no

Regarding the weight of the Ronin, the frame on it is aluminum alloy.
they need to offer a metal grip…..2011's with plastic grips over time have issues

One big issue with reviews like yours, of the Springfield 1911 DS Prodigy, is that all of you that received one from Springfield all actually work. People who purchased this pistol and reviewed it seem to all have major reliability issues. If you're having to spend $1400-$1500 for the gun, then spend another $500-$1000 to have a gunsmith get it to work, just spend the money for a Staccato, that you know will work.

Why people love 1911 more than Browning hi power platform which is better at all?
Just look at the CZ target versions which are much more comfortable, and are one of the most accurate pistols in the world
Feels too fat in my hands for a 1911. It surprises me that they can make the Hellcat Pro hold 15 and be slimmer than a 1911, but the Prodigy is so big, both double stacks. To each there own, I just dont like it.
I was good with it until I seen you need a tool to take apart and also the huge grip
