I would use the MCX with HAMR scope on Shoreline (just like your intro) and then insurance fraud it once I reach resort and pop on the XPS3-0 for CQC indoors 😎
to be honest i dont like the ammo even the ap rounds, every time i take this gun on a run it disappoints…

This is one of my IRL dream guns, but I'd rather save up for a PVS-14 and PEQ-15 to run with my MK18 Mod1 rather than dropping $5-6K trying to build out another rifle. For some reason the MCX is a unicorn IRL and its price reflects that.
gave up playing, every time i was shot at my game would lag, and i cant deal with factory pistol kills. extremely unbearable.
I've been considering running some MCX with 300 Blck. Whisper as a "fun build" lately. It's not the "meta" build but the stats are really impressive considering how stable it is. I've also died plenty of times from arm/leg-shots by ammo such a 45. ACP (even while wearing class 6 armor) so why should 300. Whisper be any different ? 🙂

Btw, don't you guys think boss spawn rates were increased? My boys and I run 10 raids, 6 in Shoreline, 4 in Customs. Bosses were in 8 of them!
What I don't really get is why the buffer tube does anything to the recoil on this gun. I mean on the MCX isn't it just a tube to put the stock on with no other use?
I've been loving this gun recently, killed some poor soul earlier in the wipe who brought a kitted MCX onto factory with 556 loaded in his magazines, and I've been running it since, it's not ideal in all situations, even the AP ammo can feel weak imo, but it is fun as hell to run in dorms or health resort

I roll with the 2×32 compact and canted T1 micro for optics.
If they unnerf the ap recoil and make m62 not almost subsonic for some reason then that would be nice (it used to be +5 and now it's +10).
Was thinking about running this to level up AR skills since most ars feel terrible this wipe compared to SMGs and DMRs. Gonna spend a couple days stocking up on ammo then ill run this build for a whole day and see how it goes.
I don't really know what to think of the MCX, in comparison to the HK, which are even cheaper on the flea, you're getting an high rpm, lower recoil 5.56 gun.

Always been a fan of this bad boy. It's always getting some hate for the price of ammo or recoil or something. But I dunno, it's just comfy.

The MCX has some unique hidden stats that make it alright handling-wise despite it's reputation imo. It's tied to the other fancy rifles (SCAR and MDR) in recentering time so even taking single shots at a distance isn't bad even with it's funkier more horizontal recoil.

MCX has been my favorite gun in the game since the event 2 wipes ago when all the bosses were spawning on Reserve. Started running it around that time randomly and loved it. Didn't get to use it much last wipe because I never got my traders far enough to make it viable until super late wipe. Changes to flea however have made it feel much more viable this wipe since FMJ doesn't feel so far behind when people are still using 7.62 PS, and M62 makes for a nice midtier round which the gun needed. Made a couple midtier builds really similar to this one the other day when I saw the buffer tube adapter was added and am very happy about it. Awesome vids though keep it up

Buddy has a 5.56 mcx irl. Thing is fun as fuck. Definitely mimicking his build in game cuz it looks dope af
been running that same same sig but with the PRS stock and the 3% +4 grip the extra recoil vs ergo Imo is needed with that stock swap for the extra 2%
.300 blackout M62 is not really good of a round. Honestly, it juts sucks. Its a 7.62×39 PS but with 2 more pen and 3 less damage, but its only 120 rounds per reset, significantly slower projectile speed and 3 times more expencive.
This gun is sick
Best suppressor is the PRS QDC but the thing is also stupid expensive.
Always thought it was a interesting gun, gonna give it a try!
