Russian numbers? Dude, you live in 2021. So If Russia is so off the others can be also not that correct. But the Russia numbers are definately wrong in 2023.
They have not properly adjusted for the fact Russia lost most MBT in Ukraine and cannot even dominate the sky at all. They are the 2nd best in Ukraine
It’s not just a matter of budget and numbers. None of these numbers matter if the nation cannot support, supply and feed its troops. In this regards, the US military also ranks number 1 in terms of support and supply logistics.

I guess you need to look at the age of weapons though here as well, Russia is showing it's hand with dated equipment that's getting picked off left right and centre and if you look at China's exports you have to imagine that their Wish equipment can't be much better.
