if the property is owned by a private owner but leased by the state or county it becomes a publicly accessible property which means you cannot trespass a member of the public whether his doing a business in the property or not. property management has an agreement with the state or county the building is leased and must be public accessible

What is amazing is the constitution is the law of the land that is a fact, and then a judge a police officer has no clue as to the contract. Perjury swore an oath to the constitution. Figure that one out. So knowing these facts helps me identify dirty cops and judges.
There is a thing called USC title 18–242 deprivation of rights under color of law. These officers are on the hook for a lawsuit and then you get a conspiracy when they have a fellow officer assist in the arrest. This is gonna be an expensive day for those officers.
