  1. Yo. Before watching, didn't know I would want a smash brothers roguelikes. But my man, let's do this! Hopefully it's feels right. Edit: phooey, it's more like tower fall or something along those lines, still looks really good just got my hopes up for that

As you mentioned, the movement seem clunky compared to other games of this genre and combos seem to be almost non existing (at least with the 1th character) which, in my opinion, makes having multiple moves in the air and ground less interesting. For now the power ups are veeery basic (a bit boring) with the exception of items used with L2/R2… which you can only have one at a time.

    The story seems fun and the health system (managing your health instead of money and making every enemy drop health) is nice and balanced although, with short ranged characters, it incentivezes careful positioning rather than more action-based gameplay.
