Hi Sin!! You can tell if Tainted Maggie has more than 2 hearts when she leaves a red creep as she runs. It's her "bleeding" effect and can be used to tell your HP even on curse of the unknown. She will not leave the creep if she's down to 2 red hearts and stops bleeding.

Ive watched your videos for so so long and every now and then I fall off then come right back and in all of that time one thing that I always come back to and love is the Sinvicta Tour Guide Voice when you full clear sections of the map / the entire map without finding the boss.
