I hope they have a summoning system like what you said it will make me more interested in buying the game (it does look cool but I’m still not convinced if this should be a day one purchase for me)
Did not know about this and I am ok with this.
My assumption it's probably like blue dragon anime went the story is stan alone not 1:1 in game adaptation.
It still possible anime like nier or sakuna who recreate game cutscene it just hard to do if the game studio don't have good communication with animation house who make the anime.
I am genuinely excited for this game. All I ask is that it gets a good polish before release and they dont spend to much time on creating a hype train
His first(?) manga/anime (Rave/Rave Master depending on your localization) has the same thing with things being reused. It's also REALLY good!

Interesting! I've never seen Fairy Tail.
If you haven't , Read rave master to me is his best manga . Totally unrelated but if you never finished anode heart . I would recommend finished even if it is only playing for your self without upload the gameplay. To me is one of the best games of the genre in the last years with monster sanctuary and cassette beast. It is totally underrated.
The race series was made to be an action rpg with mon collecting but thanks to being rushed and mid sales his first and most imaginative series was shelved

I know this isn't really a tamer/creature collector, but could you perhaps cover the upcoming Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road game? You do collect loads of different players and they do have special moves. So by stretching the definition of a creature collector game just a bit it wouldn't be TOO far fetched right?

I am curious about a particular aspect of what is shown with the monsters. It looks like tamers of monsters each have a different way of taming them, where the MC farms them while others use music, cards, or a grimoire to command them.
