Part of the reason (most of it most likely), spring content is coming out now is that in Japan (and a lot of Asian countries that had the lunar calendar) consider the start of spring to be mid February. It's actually spring weather here in Korea, and Japan is notably warmer. It's kind of chilly, but regularly in the teens C with it rapidly warming.
