    MY LOVE FOR HIM IS LIKE HUA CHENGS LOVE FOR XIE LIAN, UNCONDITIONAL. I WILL LOVE HIM NO MATTER WHAT, NO MATTER WHAT HE LOOKS LIKE, NO MATTER WHAT HE DOES. AS SOMEONE FROM TGCF SAID I DONT REMEMBER EXACTLY WHO SAID "WHAT MATTERS IS THE STATE OF YOU, THEN SOMETHING ELSE I THINK I SERIOUSLY DONT REMEMBER HELP"

    But Qi Rong seriously doesn't deserve this much, in my opinion, if you know what i mean. I know what he has done, and i know hor horrible it all is, but i still cant help but feel like he deserves this much. I need someone to talk to him and give him therapy and not just soup him😭😭😭

    Honestly i could go on for hours about his character, his past, i have studied his past so much, i actually feel so bad for him. Im going to stop now before i start actually just sobbing over him, but he seriously deserved so much better.💚💚💚

  13. I instinctively went "Aw hell no!" When I saw Qi Rong's face. And then went Mama Bear mode on Lang Qiangqiu and Xie Lian. These two have been through so much! Let them have a rest for a damn second!

  16. Xie Lian, Lang Qiangqiu, and Qi Rong the past couple of chapters: * dramatic reveals from centuries ago about long grudges and revenge plots resulting in slaughtered clans and murder to prevention of further genocide/mass murder *
    Hua Cheng: * silently standing off to the side while his mind is in a constant loop of "minding my own business, gotta make sure Gege doesn't get hurt, minding my…" *

  23. Didn't knew they extended the final scene of FangXin arc in the revised version. I'm excited to know how they changed the discussion between HC and XL after revealing all the story to LQQ. I would love to see a discussion on how these changes add more depth to Hualian as a whole, or to the themes of the novel 😀

  25. Not gonna lie An Le has like no information to the point that I completely forgot he even existed until this part of the Manhua was done and I was all "huh, you know yeah that dude did exist didn't he?"
    An Le is a very interesting character just from what Qi Rong said about him, he's also very interesting and I wonder if he was more of the conniving brains of the operation dude to Qi Rong's craziness. I also wonder if Qi Rong would be a lot less crazy if he had that serious thinky person to bounce ideas off of 🤔🤔🤔 some things to think about

  28. Yk kictor, you’ve probably already been told this- but I’m surprised you haven’t seen link click. It’s got the same animation director as tgcf and it’s so fucking great, even by general show-standards. Whether you cover it or not, I really commend seeing it. Very enjoyable and it seems right up your alley.
