  1. IF YOU WANT A LEVELING ORDER…Basically you can do whatever–but you need to prioritize getting your abilities. For Life Staff specifically rush getting the healing effectiveness increase on sacred ground. But for everything–abilities first, then masteries in whatever order YOU feel are most valuable to your style of play! DM if you want a specific step by step for each build, I'll send a screen shot 🙂

  2. I spent 4.5k gold on a 27% blessed life staff the day before the nerf patch for it to be capped at 20% anyways, that hurt my soul. This helps :P. Makes me think AGS was actually onto something for once, old life staff with your void gauntlet setup would probably be a weeee bit overpowered amounts of healing. I didn't even think of void being able to have blessed too. Your big brain and positivity comes through clutch as always!

  3. I keep switching between orb and beacon. I like orb on outpost rush making everyone tankier is fun. I will prob try your build once I finish sword to 20. I do not have a void sadly and ppl sell void gauntlet 6k on market.

  4. Loving your content. You've become my go-to content provider for all things related to New World. Normally, as a healer, I try to stay out of melee as much as possible and the thought of jumping in with a blade and doing dps scares me but I'll give it a go. Although I might be tempted to try oblivion, which allows me to stay back a bit – plus the 15% dmg reduction it offers might be nice.

Thanks again for all of the awesome content!

  5. Refreshing does stack. You can easily tell by looking at your skill tree with Refreshing gear and without. If you think the tooltip is bugged just look at your ability cooldown when you use the skill.

  6. 27:25 you suggest a life staff with fortifying sacred ground. In our testing it appeared that the fortify perk would drop on weapon swap – you may want to test that for yourself. We shifted the perk to armor and that persists through weapon swap just fine.

On a separate note does anyone know if disintegrate counts towards the 30% rend cap or if it has a separate debuff cap?

  7. New viewer here! Great vid and I really appreciate the breakdown. I will stick with WH as backup to life staff until void gauntlet is max leveled for me. I spec to hit 150 const (and rest in focus) for the crit damage absorption!

  8. Love the content, right now running Voidbent heavy with 200 con/250 focus it's basically impossible to kill me. There isn't a 1v1 in the world with anyone other than another life staff/void that I could lose. The survivability difference going heavy armor is crazy and if you're playing an actual on-the-point healer in the middle of wars trying to cap points I think it's necessary. OPR, open world, stuff like that I think medium/light is incredibly viable, but you just can't stand on point with all those AOEs in anything other than heavy.

  9. This build is absolutely amazing! I've always loved the play style of a healer. However ever since the recent "nerf" I was very disappointed and switched to pure DPS build.
With this build I can actually hit two birds with one stone.
This video is the one I've been waiting for and I can't thank you enough for bringing hopes to us healers again.
Thank you thank you thank you!

P.s. – I'm currently lvl 52. Any suggestion on where I can master the void gauntlet weapon level fast?

  10. Just quick FYI Radiance's Blessing is bugged, your beacon buff will stop with 5 seconds left making that perk essentially useless right now. Can save a point in that and use it on inspire for PVE (your tank will love you) or Glowing Focus for longer buff duration until it's patched.

  11. You make such great content and have such a wonderful presentation! I’m sad to say I’m now in protest of the game’s current state after several awful experiences culminating in a 20-frame-per-minute loss of our beloved Monarch’s Bluff home last night. I’ll likely not return, but I will always recommend you to anyone I meet still playing New World. I hope AGS makes a massive patch and fixes the most egregious problems soon! Best of luck!

  12. Dau-shen in I think Lonely Climb in Shattered drops a focus intel Void Gauntlet with blessed. This is according to the database but it would make sense considering he drops a nice life staff as well.

  13. I like splash from a thematic standpoint. Coming from ESO as a templar main, having that debuff and mana return is kinda like having our AOE purge back. And with spending most of our time on the hammer bar,
I agree healing got buffed, even for us templar style offensive healers still rocking our hammers. Sure we are only getting 500-700 sacred grounds, but in medium our buffs are now pulling more weight since the lower amounts are letting more +healing through.

  14. Good video, but you forgot to mention the biggest healing thing about the patch. The only people that got nerfed were the people wearing heavy armour and we healing. Everyone that was wearing light armor got a massive healing BUFF.

  15. I’m a healing main and my secondary has always been focused on mobility or crowd control for self peel and utility. My question is How do you deal with people jumping on you in this build? Yeah any healer 1v1 against any build should be fine but how do you survive a 1v3 in this build with no cc or mobility?
