Please play more of this! This seems like really good real-time combat for a monster tamer. It's not trying to be overly complicated like some of the indie ones you've shown. This game is also gorgeous! O_O And I'm loving the monster designs. Fina however is……..walking sexual harassment. Like Pepe Le Pew.
I'm guessing the initiation slot letters indicate what kind of skill you can equip. Like Goara has 2 "C" slots so you can equip 2 C rank skills. So pick a human character to pick a skill you want your monster to have and mix and match to build them how you like. Just a guess haven't played it.

Not gonna lie; this actually does look good. I'm watching this as a proper preview of the game since steam reviews are worthless (surprising, I know), and I'm definitely feeling it. Fina is a great character though; I love the crazy nerd archetype. That monetization though, god what a mistake. Sure hope there's some ingame currency to buy ANY character, not just the cheap freebies that look bad. I'll find out tomorrow when I veg out and play all day then!

The main character is weird as hell, but aside from that, I like the game, it looks and feels nice. The monetization seems a bit pricey, but it's nice they have the possibility of buying the same characters with in-game gold that you earn through quests.

I agree that it looks good, but that's a fair number of mechanical red flags……on top of the OTHER red flags that somehow weird me out more than Made in Abyss. Which is really strange, since the story premise is not bad.

This is coming from a true weeb and someone who usually gets behind quirky characters, but the main character is definitely off-putting.

MC being weird in a monster catching game is nothing new if you watched Pokemon and Digimon animes, even more so if you watched the other ones like Medabots.

I like the gameplay, the combat and the idea of it in general. It's rly cool to see this kind of combat in the monster taming genre. But what were the writers smoking when they made that main character? xD

well at least you can get one cash payed 4 stars Ranger for free the first time at your choice, not bad, i did try the game and it is fun.
I like Fina. Shes basically the audience that plays monster taming games taken just under the extreme. Loves and wants to befriend a bunch of non human creatures that could kill or care less about them, knows everything about them like anyone who's read all the dex entries and wiki pages to the point you could probably recognize them by feet bottoms better than a dugtrio and gets excited when seeing a new monster for the first time like Ed seeing the butterfly snake and flying serpent. I think she's funny and generally find her enthusiasm pleasant. Even if you think she's weird she's living her best life with no regrets. And I'm glad she's not another blank slate mute protagonist with no emotions and has an actual personality and isn't another character who has some arbitrary tragic backstory where they're loved ones or village where destroyed.
Everytime I see f2p I don't even entertain the idea but anyway here's a comment for the algorithm gods.

Omg I'm in love with the game after playing chapter one and after unlimited cking fusion (cross breeding) I'm in love I love dragons and I got two 2 star ones that I love but my favorite is Rynos a beetle rhino mix it just looks powerful add her to Liz and I'm 4 hitting all the mons in the expeditions besides most looking like redskins witch I get since u ride them would be hard to make custom model and animation for each one it's pretty good I'm really enjoying it so far can't wait to see what gods I can create when I unlock cross breeding with 2, 3, and 4 star mons
