  7. When in the world are game devs going to learn the lesson that 2-block/tall avatars look like SHIT in every single Pixel art style game. It's awful. Never EVER make character sprites like that.

  9. Quoting a person who's played it on the steam discussions
    "Just a fair warning to those potentially interested in this, the game is ULTRA predatory cash-shop wise. On the level of most mobile games. The game sells you pokeballs after the first 10 free ones it gives you. You can earn them in-game at an ultra-slow rate of about 40-50 battles per-pokeball. Or you cash shop them. (The way the game is intending you to get them.) Oh and thats not even the best part. The catch-rate of the pokeballs is about 5%, even with a creature at only 10hp. (As low as you can get it.) 4 hours into the game and I had caught only 2 creatures since it took around 10-15 balls per catch.

    It's basically a cash shop GATCHA game, only it's replacing loot boxes with pokeballs."

  10. I have been aware of this game for many years at this point, and with some of the monster taming games that have come out since then I don’t know how excited I can be for a game like this, especially with how long it has seemingly been in development hell!

    I understand that can still happen with good games given the various difficult circumstances developers and publishers can be in, but even then I still wonder what this brings to the table that would make me want to give it a go over other games in the genre!

  11. You can play it off of steam but they only have a small roster of monsters and the capture device cost way too much for a free to play game but it's fun I think everyone should give it a try
