  2. Well since you asked I'm now going to explain in detail why DVA has a big forehead.
    In 3D animation there are these things called rigs, rigs are basically the skeleton of the character and are used to animate them. But how do you decide which bone moves which parts of the body? Vertex weights,
    vertex weights allow you to specify which part of the body the bone moves and how much it moves it. So my guess is someone at blizzard fucked up the weights and made it so that only a part of dva's forehead moved with the head bone causing the top of her forehead to stay in place while the rest moves downwards in turn causing her forehead to stretch.
