This is so sad. I am so sorry this happened to your family, my heart goes out to you. Please know mistakes and accidents happen to all of us. When my sons were small I actually dropped them out of my bed when feeding them, I was lucky and nothing bad happened to them.

I can't believe parents don't know how dangerous this is. Some just don't want to have to get up to feed.
