When i saw the title, i was hoping for a christmas themed layered armor. Like santa, elves, or reindeer.

i loved this game and all, but endgame afflicteds being nothing more than goddamn insane damage sponges completely kills any sort of fun for me personally. like when solo'ing a pukei afflicted takes over 15min straight to kill, its such a mental turnoff xD

Not to be greedy, but if Capcom really wanted to give us presents I would have loved a quest that has the potential for any monster with high crown chances. I still have a bunch of base game crowns I've yet to get even though I've founght some of them dozens and dozens of time. My silver crown Teo is literally as close as you can get to gold while still being silver and it BOTHERS me.
Meh, I only care about Event Quests that give Layered Armors and Stickers, I wish we at least got Event Quests that gave increased Armor Spheres & Melding Pudding

Capcom has a little grinch inside a red Santa hat would have made sense. But like Nintendo sometimes it the simple things they don't do that just make you scratch your head.

Well, i was hoping for some layered armor, since we won´t get layered weapons.
But its just a gestrue .. again. I´m dissapointed and probably won´t touch the Event Quests, like most of them. Gobul´s Lantern made an awesome video to this toppic and compared IB, Sunbreak and an one or two older gens. Its worth watching and the result is pretty much what you would expect and shows that its not just "a feeling".

Just wish they'd do some funny events like older games, and even World had. Greatest Jagras is still iconic, but the Arch Tempered Mosswine to the tiny paolumu, tobi kadachi and Yian Garuga are all so fun. Rise literally brought back the Bullfango but we never got One-hit-KO Bullfango arena event? Still waiting for something like that in Sunbreak
I kicked up the astalos with hammer but yeah, it hurt quite alot I feel
