New brimstone Synergies in Repentance

Azazel + Birthright – makes the beam 4x wider; add some more beam widening items like Brimstone + Chocolate Milk + Wiggle Worm and it’s absolutely insane.

Chocolate Milk – Chocolate Milk with Brimstone is interesting because you can release the button at any time and shoot different sized beams; full charge = huge beam, less charge = less beam. It does 50% beam width and 25% damage at the lowest charge, and 160% width and 250% damage at max charge.

Continuum – Brimstone laser travels through the wall and appears out the other side once. Pretty awesome by itself, but combined with Birthright + Brimstone + Chocolate Milk + Wiggle Worm and it’s downright scary.

Sinus Infection – Brimstone now puts boogers on enemies, which deals decent damage.

Ipecac – now there’s a cool Ipecac explosion at the end of the Brimstone beam. This is cool because it can also blow up rocks and stuff.

Jacob’s Ladder – creates electric sparks between enemies now, which is dope

Ocular Rift – creates little black holes when the Brimstone beam hits

Eye of the Occult auto charges the beam, then shoots wherever you put the cursor. Now add homing tears with Spoon Bender, and now the beam shoots by itself and homes on to the nearest enemy. You basically just have to walk around and aim in the general direction of enemies and it takes care of the rest.

Haemolacria – Fires bursting brimstone tears at the tears rate without any charging. Add Soy Milk and it’s rapid fire insanity! Add another Brimstone for a wider beam. And a chocolate milk. And a wiggle worm. And Continuum. Does it get crazy? Slightly.

Tainted Samson: Slows down the attack speed for Samson’s rage mode melee attack and replaces the thrown jawbone with a giant, slow-moving laser sphere of pain. Why not add a second brimstone? And a choccy milk? And a wiggle worm? And continuum? Madness.
