Can someone explain to me why Pravus thinks the only use for cutlery is to make money and not so his citizens can stop eating with their hands? Is the capitalism so ingrained that he’s forgotten some objects were created to have actual USE?

"Kuh" (pronounced "coo", the h is silent and prolongs the u) is indeed the German word for cow. The plural, however, is "Kühe" (with audible h and a short e, like in "test", the Ü is pronounced like the U in French), not "coos". Nice, though.

Where to download this game
the problem with active measles infections, is that it resets the immune system of the infected. That's why vaccination against measles is important irl is because it prevents an active infection that creates the 'reset' situation. So each time they get actively sick… it just means they'll get sick again because the immune system was ruined by the measles.
