Nevaeh and Chance – The Kids

Each day I see more and more positive signs in both dogs. They are now starting to play and have some real fun. Chancy Boi is letting go more and more each day. I am so pleased to see this.

  1. Chris, you suggested that you might teach Chance another trick using the treats. You could teach him to 'leave it' and then once he knows that he might ignore the poop when told to 'leave it'. With our youngest pup we had to spray the poop with a bitter apple spray and then add in 'leave it' before we got him to stop completely. 'Leave it' on its own didn't work for him.

  3. Exactly Chris, it is the time factor once they are in their forever home, they are good in the beginning but a bit restrained, a little unsure. Little by little, trusting, letting go, relaxing into their real selves. Just so beautiful always to see the two of them and their ongoing development. 💜

  4. To think these babies were on their last 48 hours when they arrived at the farm. Hard to believe these are the same dogs. I’m am so grateful for Luke and Sam. And Mum Wilson. ❤

  5. Chance has certainly blossomed under your care and love. He was happy at the Farm, but looking at him now, he is such a happy and contented love. It is obvious he loves Fred, Neveah, and of course, his mama.

  6. You'll be getting an enormous collar for Chance from a follower of The Farm, it was sent to Luke so he said he'll send it to you. I hope you have the whole weekend off????. The neighbour needs goats instead of mowing for hours🥺🥺🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐. Can't see the birds in the Dam, need a pair of binoculars 😅🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🥰🥰🥰. Chance has got you worked out Chris, just sit in Front of you and smile😁😁😁😁😁😁 because you have the treats. It's wonderful to see Chance attacking Nevaeh in a playful way. Ooooooh forgot to let the horses out!!!!!😅😅😅😅😅😅😅. I hope you have a good sleep Chris😊😊😊😊😊😊. Cheers Rosemary Perth Western Australia 72 yrs

  8. You've heard and read it a thousand thousand times, but, thanks so much, Mumma Wilson, for sharing the life and times of your pack of creatures with us. I would have missed both Nevaeh and Chance so much if I couldn't see them here. And it's been nice to meet Fred and the horses, too. Big love from Canada, and the province of Nova Scotia.💚💛💙

  9. Chance is such a happy chappy, he seems to skip his way around rather than run. Love seeing that cute face looking eagerly up at Mum when he sits down after being called. He looks like he's lost a bit of weight too….must be all that sniffing! 😆 🥰🙏❤️🐶

  10. A house for shelter, a bed to sleep in, wide open spaces to explore, a friend to play with, food to sustain us, and a mum who loves us. What more could two rehabilitated beautiful dogs need or want? Thank you Mum Wilson. You’ve won our hearts, as well.
