  1. Also shows like “Sweet Home” are really interesting if you don’t bail right away. They know how to slow burn you into a cool show. “All of us are dead” is an excellent take on zombies. Also Japan is still putting out good stuff like “Alice in Borderland”. So I wouldn’t be surprised if they get a bump in spending too.

  2. THEY DON'T HAVE ANY K DRAMAS ANY MORE… USED TO HAVE DOZENS ON HULU AND NETFLIX AND NOW THEY ARE NO MORE BEFORE THAT THERE WERE APPS YOU COULD BUY OR USE AND I DON'T FIND THEM EITHER. SO I'M NOT SURE WHAT'S GOING ON BUT I ASSUMED RIGHT AWAY THAT NETFLIX IS LIKE MAKING THEIR OWN AMERICANIZED shows in trying to hoard it and direct the attention towards them. I'm not interested in any of the new kdramas. The Netflix kdramas seems over-the-top and stupid

  3. Bbbbooooooooo 👎 I've been watching kdrama for 10 years or more and just like with anime I don't like when Americans get their hands on and mess with it used to be a special thing when it came from their country and we found a special show and now it's like Netflix is taking control and doing their own thing and putting their twist on it and it's just like most of the Netflix anime I'm not interested in at all there's a couple that are okay just okay but I liked it when it was a Japanese products not a Netflix product not an American ice product when it was a special product right it's like Starbucks. I want real coffee from a real place from a place that has passion and sources it and maybe even roasted nearby I don't want it from a place. Just mass-produces it and tries to bring teens and women into the coffee business by just dumping tons of sugar into it.

  4. I refuse to watch badly dubbed shows and will not use subtitles. You miss details when reading. I really don't watch much on Netflix (Stranger Things) and plan on canceling soon.

  5. This is the reason why I haven't gotten rid of my Netflix subscription. Here in Mexico, there are a lot of options from the International category, especially K-dramas.
They are so good! I've been spending quality time with my mom while watching K-dramas. 🥰
Besides, I don't know why the US always gets the worst and most boring things haha.
In Mexico, there are still a lot of my childhood movies listed on Netflix, and there are overall more and better options of things to watch.

  6. Hollywoke writers are going on strike? U mean the folks who brought us such memorable disasters as The Starwars sequel trilogy, The Witcher season 2, The Witcher blood origins, Terminator Dark Fate, Amazon's LOTR series, Ghostbusters 2016, and the MSheU are going on strike? well, thats fine, they seldom make anything worth watching any way.

  7. Boys over Flowers was my first one. My sister-in-law introduced it to me and I was hooked on Korean shows after that. My father-in-law (born in S. Korea) was excited to see how popular Korean shows and music are here. He was like a kid in a candy store telling me about it. 😁

  8. Let's see. Comics, movies, television, music, and video games are disappearing from American companies. Next thing you'll know American's will stop watching sports and drinking beer.

  9. I'm concerned with Netflix investing money in their content they will try to impose their own values. If Netflix is smart and wants to make money they will keep their hands off and mouths shut.

  10. Another thing that Netflix can do, in my opinion, is license classic (animated) films/TV series from the 70s to 90s, if not earlier.
While adding Justice League next month is a good start, wouldn't you want to see greats like Big Guy & Rusty and Mighty Orbots or obscure cartoons like Swat Kats*, *Wolf Rock TV , Hot Wheels or Bailey's Comets (re)appear uncut/uncensored? (Get the last 8 episodes of Close Enough as well, please)
Not every cartoon will be enjoyable, of course – your 'mileage' will vary – but perhaps 'hidden' treasures' like Wildfire & Adventures of the Galaxy Rangers will help Netflix regain subscribers.
Only time (and a 'course correct' from terribly executed projects, including unnecessary remakes) will tell.

  11. I don't really care for k drama. It's basically soap operas, lol. They do, however, make good action and horror stuff, death game stuff like Squid Games, Alice in Borderlands, Sweet Home, Hellbound, Train to Busan, etc. All good stuff. We will see what they deliver
