  2. This feels a lot more like a bullet hell than a bullet heaven honestly. Either way, it looks like a fun game, and I can't wait to play it myself.

  3. Just played the demo for a bit. This is def a twin-stick bullet hell. It has potential to be very good. There are two things this needs though. One, you should be able to cancel your attacks into a dash. The way it currently is just doesn't feel good at all. Two, they need to change the colors of the enemy projectiles. They're the exact same color as the enemy so it gets really confusing as things ramp up and you're in the heat of it.

  4. So easy mode gives you a ton of health at the cost of less enemies and an experience debt, making it harder to level up, while normal and hard do not have that debt, but more enemies and less health.

  5. Game looks cool. This mode has a lot of potential and that's not even the main game. Being in alpha I'm sure that there will be a ton of tweaking from now until release. I'm looking forward to seeing how this one develops.

  6. In a throwback sense it's an evolution of an old old game Ikari Warriors but rather than being on rails going straight up you have a map to traverse (and the power ups are way more complimentary.

  7. They should make the hitbox more visible with that kind viewpoint and the selection of ability is so tiny looking it needs to make it look big with how wide the screen is.

  8. I saw this on some other platform and thught it looked too similar too many other shooter games, which im not a big fan of, but when i saw you playing it now i gave it a try and i really enjoyd it!! Its not too simple nor too hard ( depending on difficulty) and there are many combos you can go. Although i found my favourite to be fireball and railgun. (BTW you can hold the railgun to fire at a "sweetspot" for increased width, and maybe dmg i dont know). Great content!!

  9. Yeah the scythe definitely needs some choice upgrades (namely life steal). I had a run a bit ago with increased range, lifesteal, berserk (full cooldown reduced), haste on kill, and more haste with lower hp and it was just chaos but it kicked ass haha. At the end I was just swinging away just doing my best not to get hit by the explodey guys and just watching my health bounce around. The centipede guys are a godsend for giving a huge burst of lifesteal at once.
Was hoping for the more damage at low health since it woulda synergized with the lifesteal a lot.

  10. Also it was mentioned deep in someone's comment but you charge the railgun and release in a sweatspot. Makes a huge difference but still rough to have as your first weapon
