Sad that the two other dogs who had nothing to do with the attack were taken away too. But maybe it's for the best. Such heartbreaking news. My condolences to the parents, I can't even begin to imagine their pain and anguish right now.
This is so sad, that poor girl. BUT, everyone needs to really stop talking and wait to find out the real story. Most of the time it’s NOT the dogs fault. Dogs are made to be aggressive by humans. If they were using them to guard instead of being family dogs why was the child out with them? Where were the other two dogs? It doesn’t matter what breed or what size, it all goes back to the owner. I had a Chocolate Lab that was very aggressive, because of how the previous owner trained him. A CHOCOLATE LAB!
Rotweiller seriously!??!? This dogs along with pit bulls should not be family dogs I heard of so many deaths bc of these breeeds no matter if dog knows you it’s dangerous animal

I also own Rottweiler 😢 As a kynologist and dogtrainer, worker for the animal rescue and owner of a dog sanctuary I'm so tired of people beeing not able to work with their dogs and getting around with them!!!! 😢 Now the poor animals have to pay for their owners unresponsibility!!!! That needs to stop!!!! If you're not able to lead a dog, don't get one!!!!!! Especially Rottweiler need a expirienced leader, partnership and teamwork and good training, education and sports every day!
Dogs not walked? That's a powder keg. Never leave it your children alone with your dogs. I had a Rottweiler (passed away at 15) and still have a pitbull and as sweet as they are, they're never alone with our children.
I don't trust my dogs with kids, babies or any toddles. i would not trust my dogs with any younger kid… Has to be older kids… And sorry that's most big dogs, they can't be trusted and dogs hate hearing crying… They will attack… Sad

Well mine is an Amstaff Rottweiler mix & I know mine won't hurt a fly well maybe a lizard . It All depends on HOW YOU RAISE & TRAIN A DOG
