  1. This whole episode I was debating rather the puppy was called “Shark” or “Shaq” or “Jaques” lmao I’m not good with the British accent but I do love It’s Me Or The Dog so I’m learning to deal with it lmao

  2. He's a cutie, and I was actually surprised to see how calm and well behaved he looks (at least in the episode!). Honestly they seem to really have lucked out with this lil pupper. And the way he looks with love at those kids – you know they're gonna be best friends for life. Good for them! 😀

  3. I'm IN LOVE with this episode! Shaq is such an adorable baby, the boys are so sweet, and the mom is lovely. They all just needed some guidance because puppies do need lots of TLC. Loved to see the family learn and everybody grow closer. Also, Victoria's excellent with kids, wow! 🥰

  4. You have to do your research before getting a puppy, we adopted our new puppy over a year ago when he was 12 weeks old and he didn’t like being alone at night in the living room in his kennel. So we moved his soft sided kennel into our room into our room and cover it with a blanket and he sleeps through the night. As for waking ours is now just loving walks but it takes time.

  5. my old dog was just like him when he was younger 15 years ago (he has passed in 2020). He didn't like sleeping alone for his first 10 days here and my mom had to sleep with him in the living room but it was only for the first few days
(I couldn't really take care of him because it was 15 years ago and i was 5)

  6. I’m glad they put in the work after Victoria came through, but i’m not sure how Gemma was able to “try everything” in 3 weeks. Kids don’t learn everything in 3 years even, but he’s such a good boy and i’m glad they found the help they needed for him to have a good life.

  7. Baby dogs are very similar to human babies. You can’t just lock it in the garage for the night. People have no idea how hard a puppy is to raise. Do your research and prepare for a tough 16 months… not just 3 weeks.

  8. What do people want? When there are untrained dogs on the show, people get mad because they aren't trained. Now, a family is taking initiative to train their puppy from the get-go and people are mad or bored? I don't even have a dog. I just love watching and learning more about them.

I think it's great this family realized they needed thd help early on. No, they didn't know about dogs, but they have the heart and mind to learn which will be better for the family and the dog in the long run. What's so wrong with that?
