Am I the first family member to compare Connor to Cheah? 🤔 it's almost like Cheah's double-hip-thrust forward roll in his chair in the Yak production room when he's put in a tight spot is Connor Griffin when he says "and I've said before" "well and that goes back to me saying" etc etc. Not as delusional as Cheah, I wouldn't go that far yet. But Connor is also like 12+ years younger than Cheah. His natural announcer voice could be the same as Cheah being Asian, a conditioned cause to believe you are something you are not. In Connor's case, he presents himself as an attended-to, central, pivotal voice of every team he roots for, which he is not for the fans of the teams he roots for; Cheah thought he was the only person in football media to have (*ever*) predicted the full standings for an NFL season (check YAK Data Day 2023 if you don't believe me). Steven Cheah undoubtedly grew up under an Asian dad like that of infamous killer Andrew Cunanan… his dad constantly told Andrew was the best at everything. Cheah seems to think the same, I guess it's a better result but subjectively I'd rather have Cheah be a serial killer like Cunanan than thinking he was the first person to predict an entire season of NFL games.
