I also like Sam from the lotr in ratadrabik as well. He does the same thing but has flash so you can win at instant speed, not to mention that if you have phyrexian altar you can make infinite mana and then use Sam to buy back all your other creatures and replay and sack them infinitely

Don't even need nazgul, you can do it with literally any creature that tempts on etb or leaves
It works with better with bormir but literally any when when enters the ring tempts you creature will do this
(Note when dies effect also can work if you somehow make it legendary first)
