So my SP’s sister posted about my sp on her story and I liked the story because I am proud of him and happy to see he’s doing so well but part of me wants to like take it back because I know that I don’t have to actually do anything in the 3D and wonder if this is going to change or cause anything. Like part of me wants him to find out that I did like it and reach out to me

  2. Thanks for sharing! When being in those situations where people lash out like that on others for non-sensical stuff or just feels inappropriate how you are treated, I think to stay or be powerful/in control, is to step-back instantly (personally) and understand that the other person is hurting inside, needs validation, has stress or some kind of depress that hasn't been working out for them.. No negative reaction or no reaction then should be appropriate I think, as you know that their struggles are internal and external backlash to them will do them no good either.. It's kind of acceptance of the current situation that has been arisen. Stay strong!!

  4. Natalie, everyone has their ups and downs like you said, however, always look for the positives in the down. Its like last year was a very very hard one for me because my ex (who im manifesting back into my life with the help i received from you) broke up with me. At the very minute of that break up did hurt alot, however, now that i look back at it i realized something. God wants me and my ex together as a couple and married and everything else, however, me and my ex wasnt supposed to be together at that specific time and place. So he made it to where the break up happened, and by looking at it now i understand that there was a reason for that. Now that the connection between myself and my ex is on a level that I never thought i could have with someone i have. With saying this i saw the positive results to that break up i saw that not only did i get even happier afterwards because i saw the signs, she isnt truly happy and i could tell by the look she gave me that night and God also told me that she isnt truly happy because im not in her life. God is bringing her back into my life because it is the right time. I still do my affirmations and meditating every day, ive gotten to the point where i can do it with my eyes open and concentrating. Always always always find the positive in everything, its hard yes trust me its hard however, you can do it. It also helps to ignore and not pay any attention to people who want to bring you down, keep your head up stay focus and you'll be fine. Take care of yourself, and i look forward to your next video

    My intuition is telling me to make you remember..and ask You this:
    How did you feel..days before the first "incident"?😧
    'Cause my experience is this: When we are not completely in our power; when we are just a little bit weaker than usual.., we can suddenly find ourselves in a negative "vortex"…πŸ˜“ And I'm pretty sure that these 'triggering persons' were the results of that negative vortex.

  7. I feel this. I have this terrible habit, that I am working on, that equates a person stating that they care for me, means that they will not show up or let me down. Because of people in my past who were close to me. So a big trigger is actually people saying that they care about me. Crazy right? Something I have been working on since Quarantine, and I still get triggered. But I know that I am worth caring about.
    And so does my heart.
    But I need to learn to choose me daily. ❀️ Thanks for the video.

  9. Love that pair of socks, super hot. Pretty much car is the only place I get triggered now, its always slow drivers. Thread veins, dont u need a magnifying glass to see them? lol Sounds like that owner projects her issues on to her customers. High vibe good people attract negativity from low vibe individuals. If you are successful you will win some false friends and some true enemies, succeed anyway. If you find serenity and happiness they maybe jealous, be happy anyway. I'd stand up for you any day!!!

Everyone else seems to say "I used to get triggered but now I've done the work it doesn't happen", which can make the rest of us feel like we're doing something wrong because we still get triggered! You absolutely didn't deserve that behaviour. Don't feel bad for not walking out before your appointment either – it's always easier to realise in hindsight, but at the time you feel shocked and emotional and it's confusing ❀️ I am trying to figure out a self love and care routine too as it's something that's really missing from my life xxx

  11. Dear Natalie, please don’t misunderstand it, I don’t mean to undermine it and you are entitled to feel what you feel. I appreciate your vulnerability. But here it is: I experience people treating me like shit all the time and I just don’t care. They are not a part of my reality truly. I just worry-how can I survive then? My triggers are my beloved is treating me poorly, saiying horrible stuff, refusing to conform, to take action (3p), not showing engagement, not pursuing me, threatening to end things. I am triggered when I see happy families. This is the type of trigger I try to fight off everyday. And I am not a trained specialist. What chance do I stand against these circumstances? For the things that are truly important to me? Much more than rude and cruel strangers? My mother calls me ugly, stupid, useless, pathetic every week and I blocked her on my phone. And I deal with that. I’m good with that. It’s nothing compared to being aware of 3p. To me. Again, no disrespect. It’s just that … do I stand a chance with such heavy stuff?

When I experience situations like that or get tiggered in any way, first thing I do is asking myself "What is this here to teach me?". And then, as you say, doing lots, lots of kind things for myeslf πŸ˜ŒπŸ˜ŒπŸ’— .
