I mean some of these were part of the original wrecks so they didn’t happen under the caution but part of what brought the caution out.

Arrogant anus Kryle Busch intentionally wrecking Ron Hornaday Jr during the caution in 2011 at Texas Motor Speedway. NASCAR only suspended him for the weekend. He should've been suspended for the rest of 2011 season. Busch did the same thing to Joey Coulter at Kansas in 2011. Richard Childress used Busch's head for a punching bag after the race.
