After SpaceX launched the Starship and NASA successfully launched its first-ever uncrewed Artemis Mission to the moon, these agencies are getting bolder with their projects and have been preparing to achieve something no one has ever done before. And by bold we mean it! We are talking about the plans to build a base on Mars. On top of this, NASA plans to send more people to Mars to investigate and determine whether life is possible on another planet. From securing a safe landing on the red planet to discovering all sorts of strange possibilities on its dusty surface, SpaceX and NASA are going far and beyond to conquer one of the biggest missions in space history. And that is besides even getting to the red planet!

Do you think it's possible for us to get to Mars within the next decade or two?! If space is your jam check out this other video about a massive part of the sun breaking off! https://youtu.be/mG8jUTEQeiI
What an incredible logistical challenge this will be to pull off!
If you build it..they will come!
I find it so hard to believe the actual engineers have any belief in either of these projects. The sane next step on this path would be to start proving concepts in the form of a moon base, somewhere where help is only a few days away, not 7 months during the most optimum launch window. A moon base would also provide a good low gravity launch platform, greatly increasing the amount of mass that could be sent per long distance launch.
This all just reeks of management type bs hype and I'm so bored of it.
With the advancement in this field .I think anything is possible with time.
The cost will be so huge that it would not be worth the equally huge risks and challenges of sending people to Mars. And there are so many other objections as well. One of which being humans are unable to solve problems on Earth or lack the will to solve them, and people will question why wasting money and people’s lives on going to Mars is so important. People can never live permanently there, the most hostile place on Earth is a garden of Eden compared to anywhere on Mars. But even Mars is less hostile than the rest of the Solar System.
its Amazing….
It would be sooo amazing!
Send the robots there along with Elon Musk.
Is this really going to happen in our lifetime??
Jeez, how's that for a holiday destination….
No way! I won't be taking the family there ahahaha
00:50 It makes totally sense to leave a perfectly liveable biosphere to travel 60 million km to go and live on an arid dust bowl, hiding under 30 feet of dirt. Billionaire Logic is baffling.
can't wait to be in Mars!
definitely a challenge but maybe good ol Elon can help out
